If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will follow their payment guidelines. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, payment is due at the time of service. Payment schedules can be made for larger accounts.

It should be noted that every insurance plan covers most services when medially necessary. Medicare covers most foot care services, but not orthotics and occasionally not other services. Medicare always covers surgical correction and treatment of painful foot conditions.
