Appointments: Office hours are by appointment. Please call in advance to schedule. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary please give us 24 hours notice, as there are often other patients who would desire to take an available appointment time.

Emergencies: We make every effort to be available for emergencies.

The Consultation: At the time of the initial office visit, we will need a little extra time to become familiar with your medical status. Even if you have a minor problem, this can be important, so we schedule extra time for this interview. It is helpful if you come in at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to take care of paperwork.

The doctor will perform a thorough exam, x-rays will be taken if necessary and a treatment course will be discussed. Usually steps can be taken to relieve painful symptoms at the initial visit.

A partial list of contracted insurance companies is listed below(*when you call for an appointment, please have your insurance information available as contractual agreements between the insurance company, the doctor's office and you, the patient may have changed). If we are contracted with your insurance company, we will follow their payment guidelines. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, payment is due at the time of service. Payment schedules can be made for larger accounts.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

Please call us if you have an unlisted insurance plan: We may be contracted.

It should be noted that every insurance plan covers most services when medially necessary. Medicare covers most foot care services, but not orthotics and occasionally not other services. Medicare always covers surgical correction and treatment of painful foot conditions.
